Health Packs and Optimization Update

In update 58, killing Boss Zombies now drops health packs. They look like little white boxes with a red cross inside.

Picking one up will provide 5 health to the player, making it possible to stay alive for longer.

Health Packs: +5 HP on pickup (you can go over 20, for now..)

Optimization: Reduced Frame stutter and Increased FPS (hopefully)

Random Bug fixes.
